Saltn' Pepper

The conversation at the dinner table went something like this tonight.

Me: Jonathan, do you want any pepper on your rice?

Jonathan: Yes I do. (I sprinkle pepper on it for him and the same for Jacob).

Frank: Who wants a little salt?

Jonathan: I want some saltn.

They are the salt and pepper. Jonathan has heard "saltn pepper." So, saltn.
