An Exciting Day!

So Jonathan and Jacob have been playing road runner and coyote for a few days, chasing each other around the house. Today's episode ended up with Jonathan getting a busted lip, courtesy of Jacob. Jacob didn't mean to do it, he was just trying to get up.

Well, that busted lip has also brought along our FIRST LOOSE TOOTH!!! I am so terrified! I know, that sounds crazy. But my dad pulled our teeth when they were loose. Pulled! Pain! I get chills when I think about it. I just want Manly Man to get home before it starts gushing blood!

Have any tooth stories you want to share?

Well, Rebecca has lost two now and neither of them bled a ton. The first one was SO loose and she still wouldn't pull it so I pulled it but I don't think she'll ever let me do it again....I wouldn't recommend it:( It will come out on its own when it's ready:)
How exciting!

I don't have any stories to share but I get queasy thinking about my kids losing their teeth, too! I don't know why, because I wasn't traumatized when mine fell out or got pulled. Anyway, I hop this one comes out easy for him.=)

I don't remember having any tramatic things with pulling teeth! I guess it wasn't so bad for me. I do remember that I lost one eating an apple. Just feel out - no blood or anything! Maybe as it gets more loose you can give him an apple?

Little Caro has a loose tooth and it looks all snaggly. I told I could just yank it out and she shook her head, so I told her I could tie a string around it and tie it to a doorknob and slam the door really hard...she still said no.

I was totally kidding - I would NEVER do that. I don't know how I'll deal with Wesley's teeth, but most likely it will be the way I did my own loose teeth - wait until they're hanging by a thread and then let them fall out themselves.

Eeew.
