My Weight Watchers meetings are on Tuesday mornings. My plan is to post a weigh in update each Wednseday. It will keep me honest. So, I was down 2.4 pounds, for a total of 3.8 pounds since starting. My goal this week is to track my hunger each hour. Gotta go do that!

Good for you! I did weight watchers when we lived in NY. I ended up losing 43 pounds (I was a chunker and ended up too skinny by the end). Now with pregnancy I need to start again. I still have 20 pounds to lose from that. Maybe sometime soon I'll join you! Good luck and I'll be praying for you!
Congrats... that's awesome! I've heard great things about WW. My sister did it years back and had great success. Good luck!=)
Awesome, Nan! I love WW....I've been doing it for a little over a year now (since right after Isaac was born) and it has worked great for me. Have you tried Fiber One bars? The chocolate one is like a candy bar to me and is 2 points. Also Hostess makes a 100 calorie cupcake that is actually only ONE point because of the fiber count; its the one that is chocolate cake/chocolate icing. And I have a recipe for a chocolate bran muffin made with a brownie mix and All Bran cereal that's just one point per muffin and I love them! Uhh, and in case you couldn't tell I have a GIANT sweet tooth:)
yea for you....I went to the gym at 6am...first time in years. Then I came home and had some M&M's...oops. :)

And you know I'll notice when your behind gets smaller!
